Rustic resort villas and rooms make Boracay Sandcastles Beach Resort truly
exquisite. Located just a few walks from the Boat Station 2 in the central area
of the white-sand island of Boracay, the beach resort has rooms that are
strategically located and designed to give out that sought-after serene effect.
The beachfront location of the hotel makes it really fascinating and attractive
to regular and new visitors.
As a
resort, Sandcastles Boracay is a 5-star venue offering apartments for short and
even longer visits of travelers and vacationers. From that, the hotel resort has
also converted itself into a world-class boutique resort.
Accommodations at Sandcastles resort in Boracay is comprised of four single-bedroom units and three double-bed
rooms. Al rooms offered have adequate and luxurious space to make guests’ stay
become more comfortable. The single bed units can be classified as absolute
beach front, Boracay beach view and absolute Boracay beach front. Each
classification offers different and exciting features to make accommodations
more fascinating and exciting.
Amenities are as exquisite. Aside from the ethnic furnishings and bucolic charm
integrated and installed in each of the rooms, there are basic room amenities,
like the posh bathroom, with hot and cold shower, cable television set and long
distance telephones. Air conditioners and Internet access are also facilitated
and offered to make visitors’ stay more worthwhile. Such features helped Boracay
Sandcastles Beach Resort earn the double A rating by the Philippines’ Department
of Tourism.
Concierge services include flight and destination advisory and facilitation
assistance, safety deposit boxes and 24-hour-awake security services. Guests can
also ask about special services they may need like room maintenance and
cleaning, massage services and others.
Great and sumptuous Asian
dishes are served hot and sizzling at the in-house Café Troppo Barn and
Restaurant. The dining area is situated in an elevated alcove right inside the
bamboo-walled building. Food is complemented by the most refreshing beverages
and cocktails. The restaurant starts serving food at 7am. For guests who want to
just sit back, read books and drink coffee or tea, a Guests’ Lounge is located
adjacent to the restaurant.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:
- If you cancel the reservation 72 hours before your intended arrival date, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for your reservation, minus the amount of
25.00 DOLLARS for administration fees.
- If you cancel the reservation within 72 hours or less of the date of arrival, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for the reservation, minus the amount of the first night of your intended stay for no-show charges.
We will not make refunds to credit cards, other than the credit card that was used for your booking. We may process refunds via wire transfer, in which case we will deduct any bank charges from the refundable amount. We aim to process refunds within 72 hours after receiving your refund request and required information.
Payment Policy:
The hotel reservations require prepayment. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours after making your reservation. The charge will be in
DOLLAR currency and your bill will state:
WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls and room service will be handled directly between you and the property. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.
Accommodation is usually available from 16:00hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00hrs on the day of departure. The number of guests in each room is limited to the number of beds provided by the hotel.
If the number of persons arriving at the hotel is different to the one selected during the reservation process, or children are not of the age required to classify as such in terms of rates/discounts (see "Children Policy"), additional charges will apply, payable directly to the hotel.
Child Policy:
Infants up to 1 year 11 months: free of charge.
Children rates will be confirmed during the online reservation process.
Children rates apply for ages 2 - 11 years, and only when sharing room with two adults.
Children 2-11 years sharing room with 1 adult must be booked as adults (double/twin room).
Children 12 years and older must always be booked as adults.
