Inc. owners and visited 8 of
our travel agents from
Manila visited the Mandarin
Hotel in Boracay.
Our travel agents were given
two large family rooms for
there 4 Days and 3 Nights
stay. We had a fantastic
time and enjoyed the use of
the beach front pool and
restaurant.
We also enjoyed the Spa and
Wellness Center at the
Boracay Mandarin Hotel, we
really enjoyed the very
relaxing and peaceful
environment.
We would like to personally
thank the resident Manager
Marlow, for the warm and
friendly reception of the
staff, everyone was so
friendly and helpful. We
enjoyed ourselves very much
and look forward to going
back to the Boracay Mandarin
Beach Resort.

Mandarin Island Hotel
Located on
Boracay beach Philippines central portion, near the Boat Station 2, is Boracay
Mandarin Island Hotel. The beachfront luxury hotel is delightfully and
interestingly located near the commercial and gimmick spots of the island like
shopping centers, bars and restaurants. Thus, guests are enabled to hop around
and check out the most happening places and events the island could offer,
especially at night.
The Boracay Mandarin is rated
AAA by the Philippine governments Department of Tourism. The place elegantly
blends the effects of waterfalls and gardens. Regular and new guests can note
Mandarin Boracays modern amenities, combined with the appeal of nature, white
sand and good contemporary architecture. With its strategic location, excellent
services and distinct overall appeal to guests, the hotel resort simply is a top
personal hideaway.
Accommodations are
facilitated through the 52 luxury suites and rooms. Almost all rooms are
strategically constructed around an infinity pool. Verandas enable guests to
take an overview of the gardens and the beach. Modern and ethnic designs
carefully and beautifully combine in each room. Furniture are made of the finest
and most comfortable materials. Air-conditioners are installed to make sure
temperature would always be controlled. The rooms are also integrated with
keycard lock systems, the very first feature of its kind across all of the
island.
Amenities are
luxuriously great. Of course, all rooms are furnished with grand bathrooms with
hot and cold shower. There is potable water, telephone with international and
domestic calling capacity, a mini bar, safety deposit boxes and a cable
television set.
Mandarin Spa is providing guests with a good spa experience. There are
masseurs who could be commissioned to conduct and give out the best massage
experiences to customers. Of course, the experience would not be complete
without the overall design of the spa. Spa rooms are designed with Coy Ponds
inside and are also integrated with dome structures, with plants and murals to
give the elegant distinct appeal, view and feel.
Restaurants and Dining. First, the Don Vito Italian Restaurant has
breakfast menus that are usually enjoyed in the morning breeze, along with a cup
of hot coffee or green tea, fresh oven-baked pizza and pasta. Candlelight
dinners are also to die for in the backdrop of crystal clear waters and the
powdery white-sand beach.
The second Restaurant is called
Trellis and is offering
guests a hearty treat of pizza baked in wood fire, pasta and of course, the
al fresco dining experience.

By Plane via CATICLAN
The fastest way to Boracay is to fly Manila- Caticlan Airport on Panay Island. Airlines like SEAIR, ZEST AIRWAYS, CEBU PACIFIC, AIR PHILIPPINES and
PHILIPPINE AIRLINES flies to Caticlan daily. Flight time Manila – Caticlan ranges from 35- 50 minutes.
Once you get to Caticlan, you need to take a ferry or banca to reach the island. Because Caticlan is very near the port, it will only take about ten minutes to get there.
By Plane via KALIBO
PHILIPPINE AIRLINES and CEBU PACIFIC also fly to Kalibo, which is 1 ½ hours bus from Caticlan. Flight time Manila- Kalibo takes 50 minutes. From Cebu City, the fight takes about the same
If you booked the flight to Kalibo you will have to take a bus ride (about 90 minutes to a couple of hours), to get to Caticlan and the port. In any event, once at the port, the ferry or banca ride will take about twenty minutes.
By Ferry ( Manila- Caticlan)
For those who are on a budget travel, you can take the ferry boat from Manila to
Dumaguete. Dumaguete is situated on the northern side of Panay.
First you have to drive to North Harbor in Manila where the ferries to
Dumaguete are stationed. Once you arrive at Dumaguete you have to go to Caticlan. This can be done either by bus, or if you like, the jeepney.
Another way to get to Boracay from Manila is to take the following route: first you take a bus ride going from Manila all the way to Batangas. From there you will board the ferry that transports you to Tablas in Romblon. From the port of Odiongan, you can take a jeepney to another port (either Santa Fe or Looc) and get a banca to Boracay Island. |

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:
- If you cancel the reservation 72 hours before your intended arrival date, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for your reservation, minus the amount of
25.00 DOLLAR for administration fees.
- If you cancel the reservation within 72 hours or less of the date of arrival, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for the reservation, minus the amount of the first night of your intended stay for no-show charges.
We will not make refunds to credit cards, other than the credit card that was used for your booking. We may process refunds via wire transfer, in which case we will deduct any bank charges from the refundable amount. We aim to process refunds within 72 hours after receiving your refund request and required information.
Payment Policy:
The hotel reservations require prepayment. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours after making your reservation. The charge will be in
DOLLAR currency and your bill will state:
WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls and room service will be handled directly between you and the property. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.
Accommodation is usually available from 16:00hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00hrs on the day of departure. The number of guests in each room is limited to the number of beds provided by the hotel.
If the number of persons arriving at the hotel is different to the one selected during the reservation process, or children are not of the age required to classify as such in terms of rates/discounts (see "Children Policy"), additional charges will apply, payable directly to the hotel.
Child Policy:
Infants up to 1 year 11 months: free of charge.
Children rates will be confirmed during the online reservation process.
Children rates apply for ages 2 - 11 years, and only when sharing room with two adults.
Children 2-11 years sharing room with 1 adult must be booked as adults (double/twin room).
Children 12 years and older must always be booked as adults.
