In
the southern portion of the Boracay island can be found Mandala Spa Boracay
Resort, a 5-star spa in a tropical haven. The spa resort is near the Boat
Station 3 and is on a hilltop just right over Angol. The place is considered as
among the best and well-known spa destinations across Asia. Not only is Mandala
offering luxury spa therapies. It is also equally popular for its deluxe hotel
offerings.
Mandala Spa treatments and basic services have been awarded the sought-after
SpaAsia Crystal Award for 2004. It is very evident that the place is functioning
to provide a cozy and relaxing venue where the body, the mind and even the soul
can take a breather. Thus, the term 'sanctuary for the body and the soul' is
just appropriate for Mandala.
Accommodations-wise, Mandala Boracay Spa and Resort is offering 12 carefully and
strategically crafted resort villas. The resort villas set modern standards for
current holiday accommodations. In other words, Mandala is simply world class.
As a sanctuary, it is important that each of the units is made finely and
exquisitely. To complete the overall feel, there are teak flooring, bamboo
cladding, vaulted wooden ceilings, Italian bath fixtures and cogon roofing,
which all work together to give character. Interiors are noted to have glass
walls, which facilitate seamless flow between tropical outdoors and warm wooden
finish.
Amenities are standard and are of highest quality. All rooms are equipped with
air conditioners for ideal temperature control. Cable television sets and audio
and digital video players are also provided. The bathrooms are brim with
state-of-the-art modernity, as mentioned, furnished by fine Italian fixtures
from B&B Italia designer Antonio Citterio. Hot and cold running water is
provided, as well as natural shampoos, conditioners and bath soaps to complete
that cleaning and relaxing feeling. Also provided are healing herbs and
essential oils for personal massage.
Special services can never be set aside and overlooked. There are four private
day spa villas that offer sanctuary and refuge for the tired and stressed
bodies. The interiors of the spa villas are equally exquisite as those of the
resort villas, with fixtures and facilities that make up for a better spa
experience. Watsu and yin yang pavilions are also provided for watsu and yin
yang massage and relaxation services and activities.
The Mandala
Spa experience would totally be incomplete without the restaurant services and
offerings. Prana Restaurant, the in-house dining center, serves vegetarian spa
dishes that are created exclusively for guests. The restaurant serves breakfast,
lunch and sumptuous dinner from 7 in the morning until 10 in the evening. The
dine-in area sits comfortably on top of Mandala resort's reception area. The
food is complemented by a restful and relaxing atmosphere, complete with flowing
fresh air, singing birds and right amount of daytime light.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:
- If you cancel the reservation 72 hours before your intended arrival date, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for your reservation, minus the amount of
25.00
DOLLARS for administration fees.
- If you cancel the reservation within 72 hours or less of the date of arrival, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for the reservation, minus the amount of the first night of your intended stay for no-show charges.
We will not make refunds to credit cards, other than the credit card that was used for your booking. We may process refunds via wire transfer, in which case we will deduct any bank charges from the refundable amount. We aim to process refunds within 72 hours after receiving your refund request and required information.
Payment Policy:
The hotel reservations require prepayment. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours after making your reservation. The charge will be in
DOLLARS currency and your bill will state:
WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls and room service will be handled directly between you and the property. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.
Accommodation is usually available from 16:00hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00hrs on the day of departure. The number of guests in each room is limited to the number of beds provided by the hotel.
If the number of persons arriving at the hotel is different to the one selected during the reservation process, or children are not of the age required to classify as such in terms of rates/discounts (see "Children Policy"), additional charges will apply, payable directly to the hotel.
Child Policy:
Infants up to 1 year 11 months: free of charge.
Children rates will be confirmed during the online reservation process.
Children rates apply for ages 2 - 11 years, and only when sharing room with two adults.
Children 2-11 years sharing room with 1 adult must be booked as adults (double/twin room).
Children 12 years and older must always be booked as adults.
